Hi! I’m Shae, the artist and vision behind Shae’s Beauty Bar. With over six years of experience and a foundation of advanced certifications, I’ve dedicated my career to a simple philosophy: beauty should be effortless, elegant, and uniquely yours.

At Shae’s Beauty Bar, every appointment is a personalized journey. I believe that true confidence is found in the details, which is why every step — from your initial consultation to the final result — is handled with intentionality and precision.

My goal is to provide more than just a service; I’ve created a sanctuary where you can fully relax, feel cared for, and leave feeling elevated.

    Please arrive with a clean face — preferably no makeup, sunscreen, or heavy skincare products.

    Please remove contact lenses prior to your appointment.

    Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment to ensure you have a relaxing, twitch-free experience.

    You must have at least 50% of your full set remaining to be eligible for a refill. Any appointment made after 3.5 to 4 weeks are required to book a new set.

    Please arrive on time so we can complete your full session. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened service or cancellation with forfeiture of deposit.

BOOKING POLICIES

How do I secure my appointment?

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

Booking your service confirms that you have read and agree to comply with all studio policies.

Shae’s Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service at any given time.

What are my payment options for the remaining balance?

The remaining total can be paid via the following methods:

  • Cash: No tax applied.
  • E-transfer: Subject to 13% tax.
  • Credit Card: Subject to 13% tax plus a 2.6% card fee.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Failure to provide 48 hours' notice results in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment only if the cancellation is made within the 48-hour notice period.

What happens if I am running late?

We allow a small grace period for arrivals.

Arriving later than 15 minutes without a prior explanation may result in the immediate cancellation of your service and forfeiture of your deposit.

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients, extra guests are not permitted in the studio.
